Leucothoe f. 'Compacta' #2

The foliage of this variety emerges bronze, matures to a deep, lustrous green and then settles into burgundy-red during the fall while creating a dense, neat, somewhat spreading form. Small clusters of white flowers appear in leaf axils in late spring.
