A refined cultivar of the native tulip tree, ‘Emerald City’ boasts a strong central leader, uniform pyramidal form, and glossy, deep green leaves that turn golden yellow in fall. In late spring, distinctive tulip-shaped greenish-yellow flowers with orange centers appear high in the canopy.
