A vigorous hybrid plum (cross between Chickasaw and Japanese plums) that produces medium to large fruit with bright red skin and sweet-tart yellow flesh. Excellent for fresh eating, canning, and preserves. Ripens mid-summer and requires a pollinator such as 'Methley' for best fruit set. Hardy, productive, and well-suited for home orchards.
