A unique evergreen succulent featuring green rosettes densely covered in silvery-white cobwebbing that gives the plant a frosted appearance. Extremely cold-hardy and drought tolerant, it spreads easily to form striking mats in rock gardens, crevices, containers, and alpine plantings.
