A bold, upright ornamental grass with striking sword-like foliage that emerges green and quickly matures to deep purple-black. Highly valued for its dramatic color and strong vertical form, 'First Knight' is an excellent choice for containers, borders, and mass plantings. Its foliage remains dark and glossy throughout the season.
